Our blueberries come from Creekwood Farms in Vidor, Texas, the same trusted grower that supplies H-E-B with their fresh Texas blueberries.

Here’s exactly how they farm:

• Not certified organic, but are truly low-impact They use only the minimum amount of spray needed to protect the fruit - nothing excessive or harsh.

• No restricted-use chemicals Meaning that the products they use are so mild that anyone can purchase them. The heavy agricultural pesticides you hear about require special licenses, and they do not use those.

• Extremely short pre-harvest interval (only 1 day!) Everything they apply is safe enough that blueberries can legally be picked 24 hours after application. In practice, the farm sprays right after a field is harvested, and that field is not picked again for 5–7 days, well beyond the required safety window.

The main pesticide that people are most concerned about is Glyphosate and Creekwood Farms DOES NOT USE GLYPHOSATE.

What this means for you is: Our blueberries we receive from Creekwood Farms are grown with care, minimal intervention, and with consumer safety as the top priority — the same standards trusted by major retailers like H-E-B.
